What Makes Legendary Special?
Legendary is the only tier with a guaranteed 100 peak stat. The formula is floor 50 + 50, then a random add-on (minimum 0), so even the minimum roll is still 50 + 50 + 0 = 100.
- It has the strongest base stat ranges across the board: floor 50, normal 50-89, and even dump stats at 40-54, clearly above all lower tiers.

How to Get a Legendary?
Your buddy is deterministically assigned by your account UUID. If your natural result isn't Legendary, community reroll tools can search for salts that produce a Legendary result.
